Terms of Service

 

When booking a consultation with Sleep Works, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service:

"Sleep Works" is the trading name of Sleep Works Limited.  In these Terms of Service 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to "Sleep Works".

general

  • The Client agrees to follow safe sleep practices in line with SIDS recommendations. Please click here to read more.

  • The Client understands the safety guidelines on co-sleeping.

  • The Client will disclose any medical conditions that their child has to Sleep Works

  • The Client will not disclose any of the information they receive from Sleep Works to a third party, without Sleep Works' prior permission.

  • The Client is aware and fully understands that making changes to sleep will cause some crying / crying is involved with sleep training.

payment

  • Full payment for all packages and follow-up support is required prior to consultation starting. Once payment is received in full the Client will receive acknowledgement of payment by Sleep Works. In-home visits and phone consultations will be confirmed once payment has been made.

  • Package prices exclude GST.

travel and international bookings

  • International bookings will incur an additional $7.00 booking fee as these payments will be processed via Paypal.

  • Travel costs within Hamilton are included in the package price. For travel outside of Hamilton there will be additional travel charges (request a quote).

cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to a consultation will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a consultation may receive a partial (small) refund, (at the discretion of Sleep Works).

  • If cancellation of a personalised sleep plan package is made following a full sleep consultation, and a sleep plan has been sent, no refund will be issued.

Follow-up support

  • Additional ("fine-tune") follow-up support is to be used within two months of purchasing the original plan.

  • A fair use policy applies with respect to the unlimited voxer message support. Texts will be answered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

  • One week of follow-up support consists of unlimited voxer voice messaging or txting and emails to review sleep logs every 24hrs.

  • Two weeks of follow-up support consists of unlimited voxer voice messaging or txting and emails to review sleep logs every 24hrs.

  • Sleep Works adhere to and follow all of the American Academy of Pediatrics safe sleeping guidelines.  Please click here to read more.

  • Sleep Works does not offer any medical advice, services or treatment to any client.  If you have concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue we urge you to contact your GP or pediatrician immediately.

  • Sleep Works is fully covered with professional indemnity insurance and IICT insurance.
